Feedback is a skill as critical to the successful execution of each team members' goals as it is to good management.
Feedback communicated constructively is a motivator for high-performance when given to recognise achievement and success, and improves poor performance when responsibility for developing alternative (better) ways to work, is shared.
'Giving Constructive Feedback' is a management training program using the PRIORITY ONE TRAINING PRESENT™ strategy to give feedback in a way that is highly constructive; developing mutual manager/team member respect and trust.
