VALUES IN ACTION Formal organisational values are statements of intent, setting standards for consistent and ethical practice. They are the means by which an organisation achieves its Vision and Mission.

If not played out they are but a script. When people commit to actioning the organisation's values they promote sustained performance excellence and present a compelling force for premium organisational success.

‘Values in Action’ is a training program developed specifically to meet the needs of the particular organisation and its people.

Values in Action Accountability Framework

The PRIORITY ONE TRAINING 'Values in Action Accountability Framework' is the basis upon which we collaborate with our clients to (1) select and define their Values (2) build management's support for the Values at all levels of the organisation (3) conduct workshops to roll-out the Values to staff.

All managers and team members participate in the highly interactive process to ensure that the values of the organisation are highly appropriate to the business and to its people, the demonstration of the values is clear and the skills for their practical application practised and rehearsed.
