Division 3 Requests for Flexible Working Arrangements
Our experience suggests that there are 2 significant barriers to the implementation of flexible working arrangements in any organisation: poor communication and lack of management support and 'know-how'
Are you ready?
Managers and Staff need to:

1.know of the 'right to request'

2.know what flexible working arrangements are available and how they will/do operate in the organisation

3.understand who can make an application and 'how'

4.understand their shared responsibilities for making flexible work arrangements 'work'

5.have the skills to openly discuss options for flexible work arrangements confidently and assertively

6. have the skills to problem solve collaboratively and cooperatively

lifeMoves® breaks down the barriers
